Xu Qing (footballer)

Xu Qing (born February 25, 1981) is a retired Chinese footballer who played as a defender.

Career

Xu Qing began his professional football career with Qingdao Hainiu in 2000. He established himself as a regular within the team and helped them achieve promotion to the Chinese Super League in 2003. Throughout his career with Qingdao, he was known for his strong tackling and commitment to the team.

In 2008, he transferred to Jiangsu Sainty, where he continued to play as a defender. He contributed to Jiangsu Sainty's success, including their qualification for the AFC Champions League.
