Wrightbus is a bus manufacturer based in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. Founded in 1946 as Robert Wright & Son Coachbuilders, the company initially focused on building bus bodies on chassis supplied by other manufacturers. Over time, Wrightbus expanded its operations to include the design and manufacture of complete buses.

Wrightbus is known for its innovative designs and engineering, particularly in the development of low-floor buses and hybrid-electric drive systems. However, the company was subsequently acquired by Bamford Bus Company, owned by Jo Bamford, and continues to operate under the Wrightbus name.
