Triage X

Triage X is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shouji Sato. The series revolves around Arashi Mikami, a high school student and member of a clandestine organization called Black Label, led by the head nurse of Mochizuki General Hospital, Sayuri Mochizuki, codenamed "Triage." Black Label secretly eliminates individuals deemed to be "cancers" of society who evade legal punishment. These targets include criminals and those who abuse their power and influence.

The series is known for its action-packed sequences, fan service, and dark themes. The characters often face morally ambiguous situations, forcing them to make difficult decisions about who deserves to live and who deserves to die. The story explores themes of justice, corruption, and the grey areas of morality. The "X" in the title represents the elimination of these societal "cancers."
