Tony Nese

Tony Nese is an American professional wrestler. He is best known for his time in WWE, where he performed on the 205 Live brand and was a former Cruiserweight Champion.

Nese began his professional wrestling career in 2005, working on the independent circuit. He gained recognition through his appearances in promotions such as Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), Dragon Gate USA, and Evolve Wrestling. He is known for his high-flying and athletic wrestling style, often incorporating acrobatic maneuvers into his matches.

In 2016, Nese signed with WWE to participate in the Cruiserweight Classic tournament. Although he didn't win the tournament, he was subsequently signed to a contract and became a prominent figure on 205 Live. He captured the WWE Cruiserweight Championship at WrestleMania 35, defeating Buddy Murphy.

After his release from WWE in 2021, Nese joined All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
