Toño García (footballer, born 1989)

Toño García (born Antonio García Aranda, November 7, 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a left-back.

Born in Almendralejo, Badajoz, Extremadura, García began his career with Atlético Madrid, progressing through their youth ranks and eventually appearing for the B team. He then moved to Recreativo de Huelva, where he spent several seasons in the Segunda División.

In 2012, he joined Levante UD in La Liga, the Spanish top flight. He was a regular member of their squad for several seasons.

After his time at Levante, García signed for SD Eibar, also in La Liga, in 2017. He remained with Eibar until 2021, when the club was relegated from the top division.

García is known for his defensive solidity, tackling ability, and work rate on the left flank. He has played over 200 matches in La Liga throughout his career.
