Tim Raue

Tim Raue (born March 31, 1974) is a German chef. He is best known for his eponymous restaurant, Tim Raue, in Berlin, which has been awarded two Michelin stars and ranks among the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Raue's culinary style is characterized by a distinctive Asian-inspired cuisine, drawing heavily on Japanese, Thai, and Chinese influences. He avoids dairy, bread, and white sugar in his dishes, focusing instead on vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and intricate presentations.
