Spačva (river)
The Spačva is a river in eastern Croatia. It is a right tributary of the Bosut River. The Spačva flows through the Vukovar-Srijem County, specifically the Spačva forest, one of the largest oak forests in Europe. The river's length is approximately 40 kilometers. It is a slow-flowing river, characteristic of the Pannonian Basin. The surrounding area is predominantly agricultural land and forested areas. The Spačva River and its associated wetlands are important habitats for various plant and animal species.
