Sarah Connolly (politician)
Sarah Connolly is an Irish Labour Party politician who served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin Bay South constituency from 2020 to 2024.
Connolly was elected to Dáil Éireann at the 2020 general election, defeating incumbent Kate O'Connell of Fine Gael. She previously served as a councillor on Dublin City Council, representing the Pembroke Ward. During her time on the council, she focused on issues such as housing, sustainable transport, and community development.
In the Dáil, Connolly served on the Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage. She also advocated for increased investment in public services and social justice initiatives. She lost her seat at the 2024 local and European elections.
