SPRY4-IT1

SPRY4-IT1 is a long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) located on chromosome 5q31.1 in humans. It is an intronic transcript derived from within the SPRY4 gene, which encodes a Sprouty homolog protein involved in receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signaling.
