Rumyantsevo (Moscow Metro)

Rumyantsevo is a station on the Sokolnicheskaya Line (Line 1) of the Moscow Metro. It is located in the Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrug of Moscow, specifically along Kievskoye Highway, serving the business park of the same name and the surrounding areas.

The station opened on January 18, 2016, extending the Sokolnicheskaya Line southwest. It is situated between Salaryevo and Troparyovo stations. Rumyantsevo's design features a minimalist aesthetic, primarily utilizing gray and orange colors. The station is a shallow-level, column-type station.

Rumyantsevo is notable as being one of the first stations of the Moscow Metro to be located outside the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD), significantly expanding the metro's reach into the newly incorporated territories of the city. Its opening has greatly improved transport accessibility for those working and residing in the area.

The station has two entrances, providing access to Kievskoye Highway and the Rumyantsevo business park. Passenger traffic is particularly high during peak hours due to the concentration of offices in the area. The architecture includes platform edge doors to enhance safety.
