Riigikogu electoral district no. 3 (1992–1995)
Riigikogu electoral district no. 3 was one of the multi-member electoral districts used in Estonia for the 1992 Riigikogu election. Located in Tallinn, it encompassed the Haabersti, Nõmme and Mustamäe administrative districts. The district elected a number of representatives to the Riigikogu using a proportional representation system. The number of seats allocated to the district was determined based on population size relative to other electoral districts. This specific district configuration was only used for the 1992 election; subsequent elections used different electoral district boundaries and numbering. Electoral district no. 3 was abolished prior to the 1995 election, with its constituent areas being incorporated into newly defined electoral districts. The vote share and seat allocation within this district played a significant role in determining the overall composition of the 7th Riigikogu (1992-1995).
