Red Fisher (sportsman)

Red Fisher (1926-2013) was a Canadian sportsman, best known as a legendary fishing guide and outdoorsman in Northern Ontario. Born Wilfred Ernest "Red" Fisher in Port Elgin, Ontario, he earned his nickname due to his red hair.

Fisher was renowned for his deep knowledge of the wilderness, particularly the lakes and rivers of the Lake Nipissing region.
