Newman’s grandsons, Bobby and Eric Newman. Introduced in 1995 to commemorate J.C. Newman's 100th anniversary, Diamond Crown cigars are known for their mild-to-medium body and meticulous construction.

The brand is characterized by its use of Connecticut Shade wrappers, often aged for five years or more. The filler tobaccos are typically a blend of Caribbean Basin and Central American leaves, creating a smooth and refined smoking experience.
