Q and A (manga)

Q and A is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mitsuru Adachi. It was serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Shonen Sunday magazine from February 2009 to March 2012. The series is a coming-of-age story centered around two siblings, older brother Kyu and younger brother Aoi.

The story begins when Aoi dies in an accident. Unexpectedly, Aoi's spirit begins to interact with Kyu, asking questions and offering observations, acting as a kind of guide and confidante for Kyu. The narrative follows Kyu as he navigates the challenges of high school, deals with grief, and strives to understand the world around him, all while secretly conversing with Aoi's spirit.

A central theme of Q and A is the exploration of family bonds and the ways in which people cope with loss. The "Q and A" dynamic between the brothers allows for exploration of complex emotions and moral dilemmas through thoughtful dialogue. Adachi’s signature art style and subtle storytelling are prevalent throughout the series.
