Powerex, Inc. is a manufacturer of discrete power semiconductors, power modules, and integrated power assemblies. Founded in 1986 as a joint venture between General Electric, Westinghouse, and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Powerex specializes in products for controlling and switching high levels of electrical power.
