Peter Kirk (1928 – 1977) was a British Conservative politician. He served as a Member of Parliament (MP) from 1955 until his death.
Kirk was educated at Marlborough College and Trinity College, Oxford. He entered Parliament as the MP for Gravesend in 1955, a seat he held until 1964. He then served as the MP for Saffron Walden from 1965 until his death in 1977.
A prominent pro-European, Kirk played a significant role in advocating for British membership of the European Economic Community (EEC). He served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Royal Navy from 1970 to 1972, and as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Defence for the Royal Navy from 1972 to 1974.
