Paikuse
Paikuse is a small borough (alev) in Pärnu County, Estonia. It is the administrative centre of Tori Parish. Located just north of the city of Pärnu, it lies on the banks of the Pärnu River.
Historically, Paikuse has been associated with paper production. The Paikuse paper mill, established in the 18th century, was a significant economic driver for the region. Though the original mill has undergone changes over time, industrial activity remains a factor in the borough's economy.
