Our Lady of Good Counsel Church is a Roman Catholic parish church located in the East Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It is situated at 230 East 90th Street, between Second and Third Avenues.

The parish was established in 1886 to serve the growing Catholic population of the Yorkville neighborhood, particularly German immigrants. The cornerstone of the present church building was laid in 1890, and the church was dedicated in 1892.

The church is known for its distinctive Gothic Revival architecture, particularly its soaring stained-glass windows and intricate stone carvings. The interior features a traditional cruciform layout, with a high altar and side altars dedicated to various saints.
