October Faction (TV series)

October Faction is a Canadian science fiction horror streaming television series created by Damian Kindler, based on the comic book series of the same name by Steve Niles. It premiered on Netflix on January 23, 2020. The series follows Fred and Deloris Allen, a monster-hunting couple, who return to their hometown of Barrington, New York with their teenage children, Geoff and Viv. They must conceal their identities as members of a secret organization while investigating supernatural occurrences and confronting their complicated past. The show explores themes of family secrets, generational trauma, and the struggle to reconcile personal desires with duty. The series was cancelled by Netflix after one season.
