Nina Wu

Nina Wu is a Taiwanese film director, screenwriter, and actress. She is best known for her semi-autobiographical film Nina Wu, which premiered at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival in the Un Certain Regard section. In the film, she portrays a struggling actress grappling with the psychological aftermath of a traumatic experience during an audition. Wu also co-wrote and co-directed the film. Prior to Nina Wu, she had worked as an actress in Taiwanese television and film.
