Mourquong
Mourquong is a small rural locality in New South Wales, Australia. It is located approximately 8 kilometers (5 miles) north of Wentworth, near the confluence of the Darling and Murray Rivers. Mourquong is primarily an agricultural area, with citrus fruit production being a significant industry. The locality is part of the Wentworth Shire Council.
Mourquong is situated on the traditional lands of the Maraura people. The name "Mourquong" is believed to be derived from an Aboriginal word.
