Monico is an unincorporated community located in Oneida County, Wisconsin, United States. It is situated within the town of Monico.

Geography

Monico is situated in a rural area of northern Wisconsin, characterized by forests and lakes. It is located near the intersection of U.S. Route 45 and Wisconsin Highway 47. The community is surrounded by woodlands typical of the Northwoods region.

History

The community of Monico developed as a logging and railroad center in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
