"Moments" is a song recorded by Japanese singer Ayumi Hamasaki. It was released as her 31st single on March 31, 2004, and is the first single from her sixth studio album, My Story.

The song is a mid-tempo ballad featuring a prominent piano melody and orchestral arrangements. Lyrically, "Moments" explores themes of reflection, self-discovery, and the fleeting nature of time. Hamasaki wrote the lyrics herself, as she typically does for her songs. The music was composed by Tetsuya Komuro.

"Moments" was a commercial success, debuting at number one on the Oricon Singles Chart and selling over 300,000 copies in Japan. It was certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ).

The single also included the B-side "Walk," another ballad composed by Tetsuya Komuro.

A music video was produced for "Moments," directed by Hideaki Sunaga. The video features Hamasaki performing in a variety of natural settings, including a forest and a beach, interspersed with abstract imagery.
