Michael Fitzpatrick (musician)

Michael Fitzpatrick, most commonly known as Fitz, is an American musician and singer-songwriter. He is best known as the lead vocalist of the indie pop and neo-soul band Fitz and The Tantrums.

Fitzpatrick's musical journey began with solo performances and songwriting before he formed Fitz and The Tantrums in 2008. The band's breakthrough album, Pickin' Up the Pieces, released in 2010, garnered critical acclaim and commercial success, propelled by singles like "MoneyGrabber" and "Don't Gotta Work It Out." Their subsequent albums, including More Than Just a Dream (2013), Fitz and The Tantrums (2016), and All the Feels (2019), continued to explore a vibrant blend of pop, soul, and indie influences.
