Matt Walker (swimmer)

Matt Walker is a former Australian swimmer who specialized in freestyle events. He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, where he won a gold medal as part of the 4x200-meter freestyle relay team. He swam in the heats of the event, and the team ultimately secured the victory in the final. Walker also achieved success at other international competitions, including the Pan Pacific Championships and the Commonwealth Games. After retiring from competitive swimming, he has been involved in coaching and mentoring aspiring athletes.
