JR operates the Yosan Line, which connects Matsuyama Station to other major cities in Shikoku, including Takamatsu and Okayama (via the Seto-Ohashi Bridge). Limited express services, such as the Shiokaze and Midnight Express trains, stop at Matsuyama Station, providing direct connections to Honshu.
