CJR (band)
CJR, formerly known as Coboy Junior, is an Indonesian boy band formed on July 23, 2011. The original lineup consisted of Aldi, Bastian, Iqbal, and Kiki. The group initially gained popularity for their catchy songs and appearances in the musical drama series "Coboy Junior: Hanya Kamu".
In 2014, Bastian Steel left the group to pursue a solo career. Following his departure, the remaining members decided to rebrand the band, changing their name to CJR on February 22, 2014. The new name was intended to represent a more mature image and musical style as the members grew older.
CJR continued to release music and perform throughout Indonesia. The band's members have also pursued individual projects in acting and other areas of entertainment. While the band has not formally announced a disbandment, they have been largely inactive in recent years as the members focus on their respective solo careers. Their music remains popular among fans of Indonesian pop music.
