Liam Gordon (footballer, born 1996)

Liam Gordon (born 15 May 1996) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a defender for St Johnstone.

Gordon began his career with Heart of Midlothian, progressing through their youth academy. He had loan spells with Edinburgh City and Arbroath before making his debut for Hearts.

In January 2018, Gordon signed for St Johnstone. He quickly became a regular in the team and established himself as a key player. He captained St Johnstone to a historic Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup double in the 2020–21 season. He is known for his leadership qualities, strong tackling, and aerial ability.
