Leonid Volkov (politician)

Leonid Mikhailovich Volkov (Russian: Леонид Михайлович Волков, born November 10, 1980) is a Russian politician, IT specialist, and public figure. He is known for his work as a close associate and chief of staff to Alexei Navalny, a prominent Russian opposition leader.

Volkov's political career began in the early 2000s. He has held various positions within the Russian opposition movement, including serving as a deputy in the Yekaterinburg City Duma (2009-2011) and as a candidate for mayor of Yekaterinburg in 2013.
