Landbeach
Landbeach is a village and civil parish in South Cambridgeshire, England. It is located approximately 6 miles (10 km) north of Cambridge.
History:
The village has evidence of settlement dating back to Roman times. Landbeach is mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Lanbece. Its name is derived from the Old English land (land) and bece (stream), referring to its location near a stream or watercourse. Historically, the village was an agricultural community.
