KD Laksamana Tan Pusmah (F137) is a Lekiu-class frigate of the Royal Malaysian Navy (Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia – TLDM). It is the third ship of the class, commissioned in 1999. The "KD" prefix stands for "Kapal Diraja," meaning "Royal Ship" in Malay. The ship is named after Laksamana Tan Pusmah, a historical Malay admiral.
