Körös-ér

The Körös-ér is a small river in Hungary, a left tributary of the Fehér-Körös (White Körös). It rises in Romania, flows through the Békés county of Hungary, and joins the Fehér-Körös near Gyula. It is relatively short, and its flow is variable, dependent on rainfall. The river's name contains the Hungarian suffix "-ér" which typically denotes a smaller stream or canal.
