Joseph James (footballer)

Joseph James is a former professional American football player. He played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL).

James attended the University of Minnesota, where he played college football for the Golden Gophers. He was known for his size and athleticism.

After his college career, James was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He played for the Colts from 2002 to 2003. He also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings in 2004.

James' NFL career was relatively short, but he contributed primarily on special teams and as a reserve receiver. Following his playing career, he transitioned into roles outside of professional football.
