John Brown (footballer, born 1921)

John Brown (born 1921) was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a left back.

Brown began his career with junior club Thorniewood United before joining Clyde in 1945. He made over 100 league appearances for the Shawfield club before moving to Partick Thistle in 1950. He remained with Partick Thistle until 1953. After leaving Thistle, he returned to junior football.
