John Brewer (American football, born 1906)

John Brewer (born 1906, date of death unknown) was an American football player. He played college football at Purdue University. Brewer was a prominent guard for the Purdue Boilermakers in the late 1920s. He was selected as a first-team All-American by the Associated Press in 1928. Little else is definitively known about his life and career after college football.
