Jeff Pico

Jeff Pico (born November 1, 1966, in Monterey Park, California) is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) pitcher. He played for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 1987 to 1991.

Pico was drafted by the Dodgers in the 17th round of the 1984 MLB draft. He made his major league debut on September 6, 1987. Primarily a relief pitcher, Pico also started several games for the Dodgers. His best season came in 1988 when he appeared in 37 games and recorded a 3.45 ERA as the Dodgers won the World Series. He did not pitch in the postseason that year.

Pico's career was hampered by injuries. He underwent shoulder surgery in 1989, which limited his effectiveness. He was released by the Dodgers in 1991. He later played in the minor leagues, attempting to return to the majors, but was unsuccessful.

After his playing career, Pico has been involved in coaching.
