James Bennett (footballer, born 1988)

James Bennett (born 18 September 1988) is an English footballer. He is a defender who most recently played for Bradford Park Avenue.

Bennett began his career at Huddersfield Town, progressing through their youth academy. He made his professional debut for Huddersfield in the Football League Trophy in October 2007. He went on to make a handful of league appearances for the club.

Following his time at Huddersfield, Bennett had loan spells at Conference National sides York City and Altrincham. He then signed for Bradford Park Avenue in 2010. His spell at Bradford Park Avenue saw him become a regular in the team's defence.
