Jack Graham (born 1868, date of death unknown) was an English footballer who played as a full back. He is primarily known for his time at Small Heath, later Birmingham, during the early years of professional football in England.

Graham joined Small Heath in 1889 and quickly established himself as a regular in the first team. He was known for his robust tackling and solid defensive play. He played for the club during their time in the Football Alliance and then in the Football League Second Division after the Alliance was absorbed in 1892. While not a prolific goalscorer, his contributions were vital in establishing Small Heath as a competitive force.
