Harry Smith (cricketer, born 1890)

Harry Smith (born 14 April 1890, date of death unknown) was an English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire in 1920 and 1921.

Smith was born in Derby and worked as a railway carriage builder. He made his debut for Derbyshire in the 1920 season in a match against Glamorgan when he took a catch. He played seven matches in the season, mostly at the end, but did not achieve high scores. In the 1921 season, Smith played three matches including one against the touring Australians. He was a right-handed batsman and played 10 innings in 10 first-class matches with a top score of 31 and an average of 9.5.
