Harry Mathews (baseball)

Harry "Moe" Mathews (1902-1984) was an American professional baseball player. A right-handed pitcher, Mathews played briefly in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Washington Senators in 1925.

Mathews' MLB career was limited to a single game, played on September 26, 1925, against the Philadelphia Athletics. He pitched one inning, giving up one hit and one earned run. He did not record a decision.

Prior to and following his brief stint in the majors, Mathews played in various minor league circuits. Information regarding his minor league career is limited, but he is known to have played in leagues such as the Eastern League and other regional circuits during the 1920s and 1930s.
