Al Día (Costa Rica)

Al Día is a Costa Rican daily tabloid newspaper. It is published in Spanish and is known for its sensationalist and often graphic coverage of crime, accidents, and celebrity news. The newspaper is one of the most widely read publications in Costa Rica. It is owned by Grupo Nación, a major media conglomerate in the country that also owns the newspaper La Nación. Al Día is generally considered to be a more popular and less formal alternative to La Nación.
