Tom Kennedy (wide receiver)
Tom Kennedy (born August 11, 1995) is an American football wide receiver who most recently played for the Philadelphia Stars of the United States Football League (USFL).
Kennedy played college football at Bryant University, where he was a standout receiver and return specialist. He holds numerous school records for receiving yards, receptions, and all-purpose yards. He was named a First-Team All-Northeast Conference selection multiple times.
Following his college career, Kennedy went undrafted in the 2017 NFL Draft. He signed with the Los Angeles Rams but was released before the season. He then spent time on the Detroit Lions' practice squad and active roster between 2019 and 2021, primarily contributing on special teams and in a limited role as a receiver.
In 2023, Kennedy played for the Philadelphia Stars in the USFL. He was named to the All-USFL Team.
