Hampshire West was a European Parliament constituency covering the western part of Hampshire in England. It existed from 1979 to 1984.

Boundaries:

The constituency comprised the parliamentary constituencies of Aldershot, Basingstoke, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest, and Winchester.

History:

The constituency was created in 1979 for the first direct elections to the European Parliament. It was abolished in 1984, with its territory being largely incorporated into the new Hampshire Central constituency.
