Frederick Gibson (footballer)

Frederick Gibson was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a left back.

Gibson began his career with Hibernian, although details regarding his time there are sparse. He later joined English club Lincoln City in 1906, making 31 league appearances. Following his time at Lincoln, Gibson transferred to Bradford Park Avenue in 1907. He made a significant impact there, featuring in 85 league matches before departing in 1910. After leaving Bradford Park Avenue, he joined Raith Rovers, spending two seasons with the Kirkcaldy club. Information about his career beyond 1912 is currently limited.
