Don Reed (American football)

Don Reed is a former American football player. He played as a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL).

Reed attended West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M University) where he played college football.

Following his college career, Reed was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 13th round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He played for the Cardinals from 1977 to 1978. His professional football career spanned two seasons.
