David Carl "Dave" Anderson (born August 1, 1960) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Los Angeles Dodgers (1983), California Angels (1987), and Kansas City Royals (1988).
Anderson was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 1st round (15th overall) of the 1981 MLB January Draft-Regular Phase from the University of Oklahoma. He made his major league debut with the Dodgers in 1983.
Anderson's career was hampered by injuries. He pitched in a total of 38 major league games, with a career record of 4 wins and 4 losses and a 5.18 ERA. Following his major league career, he continued to play in the minor leagues.
