Daniel Moore (poet)

Daniel Moore (born 1940) is an American poet, playwright, and translator. He is known for his lyric poetry, often exploring themes of nature, spirituality, and the human condition.

Moore's poetry is characterized by its accessibility, musicality, and contemplative tone. He often employs traditional forms, such as the sonnet and villanelle, while also experimenting with free verse. His work has been praised for its clarity of language and its ability to evoke a sense of wonder and reflection.
