Cwmaman

Cwmaman is a village and community in the Amman Valley, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Situated approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) north of Ammanford, it lies within the historical county of Glamorgan. The name "Cwmaman" translates from Welsh as "Amman Valley".

The village developed significantly during the industrial revolution due to the presence of coal mining. It was home to several collieries, contributing to the region's coal industry.
