Craftsman is the debut studio album by American country music artist Darryl Worley. It was released in 2000 on DreamWorks Records Nashville. The album produced four singles: "When You Need My Love", "Second Wind", "A Good Day to Run", and "Sideways". "When You Need My Love" was the most successful, reaching number 16 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The album itself peaked at number 43 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. The title track, "Craftsman", addresses themes of hard work and American values. The album features a mix of ballads and upbeat country songs.
