Clint Robinson (canoeist)

Clint Robinson is a South African sprint canoeist. He is a multiple-time Olympian and world champion, best known for winning a gold medal in the K-1 1000m event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Robinson also won several medals at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, including gold in the K-2 200m (1995), K-1 200m (1997) and K-1 500m (1997) events. He represented South Africa in multiple Olympic Games, including 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008. Robinson is considered one of South Africa's most successful canoeists. After his competitive career, he has been involved in coaching and promoting the sport of canoeing.
